The 72H Emergency Kit is designed to provide food and water self-sufficiency for three days in the event of an unexpected situation. It meets essential needs in the context of lockdown, evacuation, or temporary supply disruption. This kit is suitable for individuals, professionals, and organisations alike. It can be kept at home, in a vehicle, or included in a bug-out bag (BOB). Thanks to its long shelf life, it provides a reliable emergency reserve, ready to use at any time.

The kit contents are designed to cover basic daily nutritional requirements for 72 hours. It includes:

• Long-life emergency biscuits: 3 portions per day, totalling 9 biscuits
• Drinking water: 6 x 0.5 L pouches per day, totalling 3 litres

The food rations are vacuum-packed for better preservation and a 5-year shelf life. Three types of Convar energy biscuits are included, each providing approximately 550 kcal per portion. They are enriched with essential vitamins and minerals (vitamins A, D, B1, B2, B6, calcium, iron, zinc, selenium) and ready to eat without any preparation. Their compact texture and lightly sweet flavour offer genuine comfort in an emergency situation.

The water is supplied in hermetically sealed 0.5-litre pouches, with a 5-year shelf life thanks to a sterilisation process that guarantees its purity.

Ingredients:

• Multivitamin Biscuit – 10 years: Wheat flour (65%), palm oil, sugar, dextrose, powdered milk, glucose syrup, water, salt, vitamins (B1, B2, B6, A, D3), niacin, raising agent (sodium carbonate), acidifier (citric acid), antioxidant (butylhydroxyanisole). Allergens: gluten, milk.
• Cookie Biscuit, Coffee – 10 years: Wheat flour, sugar, palm oil, milk proteins, rice flour, lactose, almonds, cocoa (heavily defatted), 1.5% coffee extract, yeast, salt, flavouring, 0.13% caffeine.
• Pizza Biscuit – 10 years: Wheat flour, oat flakes, palm oil, milk proteins, lactose, rice flour, flavouring (with flavour enhancers: disodium guanylate, disodium inosinate), yeast, table salt, spices.

Storage advice: It is recommended to store the kit in a dry place, away from light and temperature fluctuations, to ensure optimum shelf life.

Usage: The biscuits are ready to eat with no cooking or water required. The water can be drunk directly from the pouch. No additional equipment is needed.

Is it suitable for children? Yes, this kit can be suitable for children, provided they have no allergies to the listed ingredients. The biscuits can be crumbled and mixed with a little water or milk to make them easier to consume.
