Artisan production
Like biltong or Beef Jerky, the Ariège beef from Maison Magrada has its “Original” version. However, the production process differs from the American and South African methods because the entire piece of meat is worked. Located in Ariège, Maison Magrada takes the time to work their meat with Camargue salt and organic spices. No preservatives, colouring or nasty nitrates. The Ariège beef is aged for 3 months, then dried for a further 3 months to concentrate the flavours. Such patience to obtain this exceptional snack that will be devoured in a flash.

Packaged in a 30g vacuum-sealed pouch, the NHAC Original Ariège Beef keeps at room temperature for several months. It's high in protein, making it an ideal companion for your treks and for recovery after exercise.
