Description

It is especially suited to ultra-trail, running, cycling and triathlon. It can be consumed at regular intervals — approximately every 45 minutes — depending on the intensity of the activity and individual needs.

Each bar provides 146 kcal and 25 g of carbohydrates to support energy intake during exercise. It also contains three electrolytes — sodium, calcium and magnesium — along with five vitamins: B1, B3, B6, C and E. The formula is further enriched with 800 mg of BCAAs per serving.

Developed in collaboration with ultra-trail runner François d'Haene, it stands apart from standard energy bars with its particularly complete formula, designed for endurance events. It combines carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and amino acids in a single compact format.

Its soft texture makes it easy to chew on the move, even after several hours of activity. The banana-chocolate flavour adds a satisfying taste and offers a welcome change from the energy gels typically consumed during races.
