Its generous 90 g size delivers over 350 kcal, primarily from carbohydrates. The rolled oats provide progressive energy release, ideal for ultra-trail running, bikepacking, trekking, or long hikes. Enjoy it whole about 2.5 hours before starting or in portions throughout your activity.

Its main advantage over standard energy bars is its generous size and heat resistance. The chocolate coating remains tasty without being overly sweet and won't easily melt. It doesn't stick to fingers or packaging, keeping it clean to handle and store between bites.
