Developed for endurance athletes, it delivers 30 g of carbohydrates per bar, ideal for supporting long runs, cycling, trail running or triathlon sessions. Its soft texture and fruity taste make it a pleasant companion to consume, even when conditions get tough.

Thanks to a simple and effective formulation — oats, dates, glucose syrup — it ensures optimal carbohydrate intake whilst minimising digestive issues. Low in fibre, fat and protein, it's perfectly suited to prolonged efforts, when digestive comfort is paramount.

  • A soft texture and pleasant fruity taste in all seasons
  • A recipe low in fibre, fat and protein for optimal digestion

Ingredients: Oat flour 40%, dates 36%, glucose syrup, coconut oil, fructose, glycerine, natural flavouring, salt.

Allergens: May contain wheat, eggs, peanuts, soya, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, milk and sesame.

Tip: Consume 1 to 3 C30 fuel bars per hour of exercise, depending on your duration and intensity.
