This vanilla rice cake is a freeze-dried dessert to be enjoyed at the end of a meal to add a sweet touch and an energy boost. It can also be enjoyed between your lunch and dinner as a snack.

A delicious dessert perfect for boosting yourself after an effort, prepared by the Trek'n Eat brand, a German subsidiary of Katadyn.
In addition, its light sachet, equipped with a line to dose the right amount of water needed, provides nearly 420 Kcal. You just need to add water, stir, let it sit and it's ready.

Method of preparation: Pour boiling water up to the 6.5 cm line of the scale (200 ml) directly into the bag, then stir gently, close the bag and let stand for 5 minutes.

      It's not the best dessert, that's for sure, especially when next to you some people had the apple crumble... I may have used too much water to reconstitute it and the texture wasn't great either. After all, it represents more than 400Kcal... A good complement with a dish for the bivouac.
