Description

The Authentic Nutrition Boost Gel Peach is designed to support endurance efforts such as running, trail running, cycling or sport hiking. Its smooth texture makes it easy to consume on the move, while its high digestibility helps minimise gastric discomfort during activity.

Its formula combines maltodextrin and fructose to provide both fast-acting and sustained energy. This combination helps maintain performance over time and offers an advantage over gels made solely from rapidly absorbed sugars. It can be used on its own or alongside an energy drink during long sessions.

The gel also contains sodium, potassium, magnesium and zinc to help replenish mineral losses from sweat. BCAAs support muscle function, while vitamins C and E round out the formula with their antioxidant action. Free from caffeine, guarana and cola nut, it suits athletes who prefer to avoid stimulant substances.
