The 4Ultra organic pear & hazelnut energy puree is designed to provide a tasty break during or after long efforts. Its key advantage is a more complete composition than a standard energy gel, with a balanced mix of carbohydrates, fats and plant-based proteins for sustained energy release.

The recipe combines a sweet, fruity pear puree with a toasted hazelnut cream. Pear naturally provides carbohydrates and a smooth texture, while hazelnut contributes fats and plant-based proteins. A small amount of cane sugar rounds out the energy content without masking the flavour of the ingredients.

Enriched with hemp protein, this puree supports the protein intake needed for muscle recovery. It delivers nearly 250 kcal per 100 g, making it a nourishing snack particularly suited to trail running, ultra-distance events, bikepacking or long-distance hiking.

Its smooth texture is easy to eat without chewing and offers an alternative to very sweet gels and drinks that can be hard to tolerate over time. Made in France from organically grown ingredients, this recipe is gluten-free and dairy-free.
