Santa Madre Unusual 100CHO 100CAF – Lemon caffeinated energy drink is an ultra-concentrated formula designed for athletes following advanced high-carbohydrate consumption strategies. It's the only drink capable of delivering 100g of carbohydrates, 500mg of sodium and 100mg of caffeine in just 500ml, with a 1:1 glucose:fructose ratio for optimal digestive absorption.

This ratio maximises the use of intestinal transporters SGLT1, SGLT2 and GLUT5, allowing you to reach, or even exceed, 110g of carbohydrates per hour, provided you have specific digestive training. It's particularly suited to very long efforts: trail running, ultra-cycling, long-distance triathlon, or IRONMAN events.

The 100mg of caffeine enhances concentration, alertness and delays mental fatigue during critical moments. Its light lemon flavour limits taste saturation, even after several hours of effort. Smooth and easy to digest, this drink is vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free, suitable for a wide range of athletes.

Warning: due to its high concentration, this drink must be accompanied by sufficient hydration to ensure optimal digestion.
