The C30 energy drink in lemon flavour, offered in a 32 g individual sachet, provides rapid and lasting energy through a blend of maltodextrin and fructose in a 2:1 ratio. Each sachet provides 120 kcal and 30 g of carbohydrates, perfect for maintaining your energy during prolonged efforts.
To use it, simply mix the contents of the sachet with 500 ml of water and shake until completely dissolved. Thanks to its neutral pH and light flavour, this drink is ideal for consumption before and during physical activity, reducing the risk of digestive issues.
Additionally, each serving contains 200 mg of sodium, which facilitates rapid fluid absorption for optimal hydration.
