This 12h self-heating MRE ration Menu 4 beef is designed to effectively cover nutritional needs over a 12-hour period. With an energy intake of approximately 1,500 kcal, it is suitable for outdoor activities as well as emergency or extended self-sufficient situations.

It includes a complete main meal, energy snacks and drinks, ensuring a balanced intake throughout the day. This varied format makes nutritional management easier by allowing intake to be spread out according to needs.

The beef main course can be eaten hot thanks to the included flameless heater. Easy to use, this system allows you to enjoy a hot meal without any additional equipment, even in isolated conditions.
