Description

The self-heating MRE ration – Menu 4 has been designed to meet nutritional needs over a 12-hour period. With an energy content of approximately 1500 kcal, it is suitable for both professionals on deployment (NGOs, emergency services, businesses, authorities) and individuals facing emergency situations.

It consists of a complete main meal, energy snacks, drinks and accessories designed for self-sufficiency. The meal can be heated using the included flameless heater, without requiring any additional equipment. This ration is packaged to ensure durability, compactness and long shelf life.

  • Beef and vegetable stew (350g)
  • Tuna in oil (110g)
  • Date and nut bar (40g)
  • Chocolate bar (25g)
  • Savoury biscuits (65g)
  • High-protein drink (40g)
