Formulated with a maltodextrin-fructose carbohydrate blend in a 2:1 ratio, each bar provides 30 g of rapidly absorbed carbohydrates, ensuring an efficient and quick energy source.
This compact 47 g bar is convenient to carry and ideal for intensive sports activities. Its size allows for easy consumption before or during exercise, and its smooth texture makes it easy to chew without difficulty. The bar remains soft in cold weather and non-sticky in warm weather, facilitating consumption even during high-intensity efforts.

The C30 Fuel Bar Berries is low in fat, fibre and protein, enabling rapid absorption and minimising the risk of digestive issues.
It is recommended to consume 1 to 3 bars per hour of exercise, depending on the duration and intensity of your activity.
