Description

Fruit'n Perf apricot is an ideal snack for sport! Whether you're a runner, hiker, sailor, cyclist or ultra-trail runner, this pack includes 4 fruit bars rich in organic acerola, a natural source of vitamin C. This vitamin is renowned for effectively fighting fatigue. Consuming a Fruit'n Perf apricot bar helps delay fatigue and prevents any risk of hypoglycaemia thanks to its high carbohydrate content.

Beyond its nutritional benefits, this fruit bar from the Breton brand is organic and made with 50% fruit. Its soft, melt-in-the-mouth texture also has a positive effect on morale. Its fruity taste is a great alternative to energy gels and bars.

Finally, Overstim.s fruit bars can also be consumed daily. Vitamin C particularly helps reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. A 25g bar (one fruit bar) provides 15% of the reference nutritional values for vitamin C. However, they should be eaten in moderation as they are very sweet.
