Description

The formula combines three carbohydrate sources and delivers 30 g of carbohydrates per serving for sustained energy during exercise. It also contains four electrolytes — sodium, calcium, magnesium and potassium — which support fluid balance and normal muscle function.

Vitamins B1, B3, B5, B6, C and E round out the formula. Vitamins B6 and C help reduce fatigue, while vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress. BCAAs, glutamine and sodium bicarbonate are also included to meet the specific demands of long-duration efforts.

Developed over two years in collaboration with ultra-trail runner François D'Haene, this drink stands apart from more conventional energy preparations with its lightly sweetened flavour, 100% natural aromas, and no acidity or preservatives — making it pleasant to drink even during prolonged efforts.

Dissolve the stick in a water bottle. During exercise, drink regularly in small sips — don't wait until you feel thirsty. Adjust your intake according to the intensity of your activity and the weather conditions.
