Description

The Häago body warmer is a heat patch designed to provide warmth during cold-weather outings. It can be used in the mountains during a winter hike, a skiing or snowboarding session, as well as during everyday winter activities.

It works through a natural oxidation reaction. Once the outer packaging is opened, the iron powder comes into contact with oxygen in the air and generates heat. Salt accelerates this reaction, while activated carbon helps distribute heat evenly. Vermiculite acts as an insulator to maintain the temperature over time.

The patch heats up in just 5 minutes and can reach up to 58°C (136°F). It then delivers effective warmth for 8 to 10 hours, keeping you comfortable during a long outdoor outing or a cold day outside. It can also be used as a comfort heat source after exercise to help ease tension in sensitive areas.
