Description

The Hydraminov Citrus energy drink by EffiNov Sport supports athletes before and during endurance activities. Packaged in individual stick format, it dissolves in 300 to 800 ml of water depending on ambient temperature and training or competition conditions.

Its formula combines 10 minerals and 6 vitamins to support the body during exercise. It contains potassium and calcium, which contribute to normal muscle function, as well as magnesium, which supports electrolyte balance. Vitamins C and E help protect cells against oxidative stress, while B vitamins contribute to normal energy metabolism.

Hydraminov Citrus also contains 8.8% protein, which contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass. It can be consumed as a pre-competition waiting drink or as an energy drink during activity.

Its main advantage over standard energy drinks is its lightly sweetened citrus flavour, derived from natural flavourings. This helps prevent taste fatigue during very long efforts. For activities lasting over 3 hours, the drink can be supplemented with solid foods such as dried fruit, energy bars or protein biscuits.

Preparation method
