Description

The Baouw – Watermelon & Pomegranate energy drink is a complete isotonic formula designed to support performance across all distances. Trail running, cycling, long-distance hiking or any other endurance activity: it delivers the essential nutrients your body needs to maintain performance and hydration.

Each serving provides 38 g of carbohydrates, with an optimal glucose/fructose ratio of 1:0.8. This combination promotes efficient absorption and better digestive tolerance during activity, helping to sustain performance over time while minimising energy dips.

In addition to carbohydrates, this isotonic drink contains electrolytes to replace the minerals lost through sweat. Its formula is enriched with BCAAs, glutamine and taurine, as well as vitamins and antioxidants, to support your body during effort and recovery.

The Watermelon & Pomegranate flavour delivers a fruity, refreshing note that is pleasant even during intense efforts or in warm weather. The texture remains light, with no cloying sensation even after hours of use.

Usage instructions:
Mix 1 scoop (45 g) in 500 ml of water per hour of exercise.
Adjust according to intensity, duration of activity and body size.
