Description

The EffiNov Sport Hydraminov Citrus exercise drink supports athletes before and during endurance efforts. Available in a box of 10 sticks, each serving is diluted in 300 to 800 ml of water depending on the outside temperature and activity intensity. This adjustable dilution makes it easy to fine-tune the drink's concentration to match training or competition conditions.

Its formula combines 10 minerals and 6 vitamins to support muscle function, electrolyte balance and energy metabolism. These include potassium and calcium, which contribute to normal muscle function, along with magnesium to replenish electrolytes lost through perspiration. Vitamins C and E help protect cells against oxidative stress, while B vitamins contribute to normal energy production.

Hydraminov also contains 8.8% protein, which contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass. It can be consumed as a pre-competition waiting drink or as an energy drink during exercise. Its key advantage over standard energy drinks is its lightly sweetened citrus flavour, derived from natural flavourings — helping to prevent flavour fatigue during long-duration activities.

For efforts lasting more than 3 hours, this drink can be supplemented with solid foods such as dried fruit, energy bars or protein biscuits.
