The Santa Madre Unusual Nitrous Cola-flavoured stick is a pre-workout drink designed to prepare the body before intense or prolonged exercise. Its formula combines nitrates, sodium bicarbonate and polyphenols to support performance, improve exercise tolerance and limit the effects of muscle acidity.

Sold in packs of 6, each 21 g stick provides 1,800 mg of nitrate. This ingredient promotes the production of nitric oxide, a compound involved in vasodilation. This helps improve blood flow and oxygen delivery to the muscles, which is beneficial for endurance sports as well as more explosive efforts.

The formula also contains 21 g of sodium bicarbonate. Thanks to its buffering effect, it helps reduce the acidity produced during intense exercise, particularly when lactic acid build-up causes a burning sensation in the muscles. It therefore helps delay fatigue and maintain intensity for longer.
