Description

Salt & Électrolytes by Overstim.s is a supplement designed to support athletes during prolonged efforts or exercise in high heat. It is particularly suited to trail running, cycling, triathlon, hiking and other endurance activities.

Its formula combines four electrolytes: sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium. These minerals help top up your intake when perspiration increases significantly. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, while potassium, calcium and magnesium support normal muscle function.

Vitamin B6 completes the formula and helps reduce fatigue. The key advantage of this product over powder mixes is its ready-to-use format: the tablets are easy to carry and can be taken without any preparation during activity.

The box contains 60 tablets. The recommended intake is one tablet every two hours of exercise, not exceeding six tablets per day.
