Description

The Baouw energy drink with lemon and elderflower is designed to meet the needs of athletes engaged in prolonged efforts, whatever the discipline. Formulated to optimise hydration and energy intake during exercise, it stands out for its high nutritional quality and wholesome composition.

With 38g of carbohydrates per serving (45g of powder to dissolve in 500ml of water), this drink provides effective fuel, thanks to a glucose:fructose ratio of 1:0.8, promoting optimal absorption. It also contains essential electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium) to compensate for fluid losses, as well as BCAAs, glutamine and taurine, useful for supporting endurance and recovery.

This isotonic drink is made from carefully selected ingredients: organic cassava maltodextrin with a moderate glycaemic index, unrefined cane sugar and natural flavours. It contains no preservatives, colourings or artificial sweeteners.

Developed in collaboration with nutritionist Benoît Nave, Michelin-starred chef Yoann Conte and trail runner Thibaut Baronian, it has been tested by professional athletes under real effort conditions. Its light and natural flavour, combining the freshness of lemon with the delicacy of elderflower, ensures pleasant consumption without becoming cloying, even during long and intense efforts.

The Baouw Lemon-Elderflower isotonic drink offers:
