Description

The 226ers strawberry flavour recovery drink has been developed to effectively support the recovery phase after training or intense activity. Thanks to its high content of quality proteins and carbohydrates, it helps protect muscle fibres and restore energy reserves

Each 50g serving provides between 20 and 25g of protein, over 40% of which comes from grass-fed cow whey concentrate. It is also low in sugar (less than 2g), for optimal nutrient assimilation after exercise

This formulation also contains:

  • Creatine, which reduces muscle acidity and delays fatigue
  • Golden flaxseed, rich in omega 3, antioxidants, vitamins and fibre
  • L-Arginine, promoting tissue oxygenation, muscle development and proper functioning of the immune system
  • Medium-chain triglycerides (MCT), rapidly assimilated and useful for glycogen store replenishment

This drink is guaranteed gluten-free, making it compatible with a specific diet or food sensitivity

Ingredients: Milk protein (concentrate), potato starch, creatine monohydrate, flavouring, golden flaxseed powder, medium-chain triglycerides (MCT) (MCT, glucose syrup, milk protein, stabiliser: potassium phosphate, anti-caking agent: calcium phosphate), L-Arginine, sweetener: sucralose, colouring: carotene

Allergens: Milk, soya

Directions: Dilute 4 scoops (50g) of product in 500ml of water. For optimal dilution, start with a small amount of water, shake well, then complete with the rest. Consume within 45 minutes following exercise. This food supplement does not replace a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children
