Description

This titanium lid is compatible with the Toaks titanium mug - 0.38L and the Toaks titanium mug - 0.45L, or a cup or pot with a diameter of less than 9cm (3.5 inches). Ultra lightweight, it features a small handle to remove it without burning yourself as well as 3 small holes serving as a strainer. The main function will be either to cover your food to avoid attracting insects, or to cover your food or water whilst heating to save time and conserve gas.

This handy little accessory has been made by Toaks. The brand specialises in titanium accessories. This material has the advantage, besides being ultra lightweight, of not rusting, being usable on both a gas stove and wood fire, and cooling very quickly after use. Contrary to what one might think, lightness doesn't rhyme with fragility. On the contrary, the Toaks titanium lid is durable and will accompany you on many expeditions.
