Description

The Sea to Summit Ultralight mat offers unique comfort. The Air Sprung Cells technology allows air to be distributed within the cells without any wave effect during movement. They respond to weight pressure as if they were independent and perfectly conform to the body shape. With its single-wall design, the mat structure remains flexible and lightweight whilst being durable thanks to the robustness of its materials.

Material-wise, it features 40 denier nylon for the top of the mat. The TPU provides stability to the mat. Being resistant, the risk of puncture is reduced. When folded, this very compact mat has dimensions of 18 cm length by 9 cm width for the Regular model (and slightly more for the Large), which allows it to be easily packed in a backpack.

Regarding inflation/deflation, the valve it is equipped with has an ultra-practical non-return valve. Indeed, one position allows adjustment of the amount of air released for better comfort, another allows rapid deflation. To inflate it, use the Airstream pump from the storage bag provided. This will make your life easier in the evening after your hike.

Indeed, simply connect it to the valve, open it so the bag fills with air and your contribution will be minimal, you will barely need to blow! By folding the bag, you will inflate your Sea to Summit mat whilst limiting condensation inside the mat. The anti-microbial treatment also prevents life from developing inside your mat.
