This Pack Ultra Désert is ideally designed for self-sufficient ultra-trail runners. It includes freeze-dried breakfasts, meals and desserts providing 2,000 kcal per day. You can supplement it with your own selection of bars and drinks suited to your race.
The Pack Ultra Désert – 7 Days Essential – 14,000 kcal was designed for participants in self-sufficient races such as the Marathon des Sables. It provides a complete nutritional solution, optimised to meet the extreme demands of desert conditions, with an average intake of 2,000 kcal per day.
With over 10 years of experience, Freezedried & Co offers a ready-to-use Pack, tested in real conditions and fully compliant with the nutritional requirements of this type of event. Each day's food is carefully packaged in a zip-lock bag for quick and easy organisation during the race.

The arrival day meal, the rest day meal after the long stage, and the final day meal are all included. If you are not taking part in the Marathon des Sables, these extra meals can be used during a hiking weekend, a training phase or another event such as TransPyreneA or RacingThePlanet.
Meals are selected for their optimal weight-to-calorie ratio. They are lightly spiced to minimise digestive issues during the race, with the exception of the rest day lunch, which adds an exotic touch without compromising performance.
