The Overstim.s Authentic Bar banana-chocolate is a soft energy bar designed for sustained effort. It suits running, cycling, hiking, trail running and water sports.

Each 50 g bar provides 175 kcal and 28 g of carbohydrates. It also contains plant-based proteins, vitamins, antioxidants and electrolytes, including sodium, calcium and magnesium. These minerals help replace losses caused by sweating during activity.

Its soft texture is its main advantage over drier energy bars. The combination of banana and chocolate delivers a satisfying flavour that's easy to enjoy during long efforts. It can be consumed every 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the intensity and duration of the activity.
