Description

A pandemic, flooding or a lockdown — these are all events that may force you to stay at home for an extended period. With Trek'n Eat's wholemeal bread mix, there's no risk of running short on food. You have everything you need to bake 830 g of wholemeal bread, and it couldn't be easier.

It couldn't be simpler — just pour the contents of the pouch into a bowl and add 330 ml of lukewarm water. Knead until you have a smooth dough, then bake at 220°C (428°F) for 40 to 50 minutes. Your bread is ready to enjoy!

Beyond its speed and ease of preparation, another advantage of this wholemeal bread mix is its shelf life. It requires no refrigeration — simply store at room temperature. Perfect to keep on hand for emergencies.

Trek'n Eat wholemeal bread mix offers:

Ingredients: Wholemeal wheat flour 80%, oat groats 7%, wholemeal rye flour 4%, dried sourdough (naturally fermented rye flour), table salt, dried yeast, barley malt extract, malt extract (barley, rye), acidity regulator: sodium acetate; acidifier: malic acid; glucose, flour treatment agents: calcium phosphate and ascorbic acid.

Preparation method:

1) Pour the contents into a suitable bowl and add 330 ml of lukewarm water, then knead until a dough forms

2) Leave the dough to rest for at least 20 minutes, then shape into one or more small bread rolls.

Baking temperature: approx. 220°C (428°F).

Baking time: whole loaf 40–50 min / bread roll 15–25 min

(The dough can also be cooked over a fire in a suitable dish (e.g. a pan). Lightly grease the dish before cooking.)
