Description

The Spot 400-R from Black Diamond is a compact, balanced and ergonomic headlamp designed to support all outdoor activities. Whether for an early morning ski touring departure, a night-time approach or a late afternoon climbing session, it delivers reliable and effective lighting in a compact and comfortable format.

Boasting 400 lumens of power, this redesigned new version is even more compact and functional. Its optimised design improves balance on the head and increases comfort during extended use. The user interface now incorporates a second switch, making it easier to select different lighting modes.

The Spot 400-R runs on a rechargeable BD 1500 Li-ion battery with micro-USB charging (included). It also features a durable elastic headband made from Repreve recycled textiles. Its updated optical unit delivers increased light output, whilst the 3-LED indicator and 6 settings enable precise runtime management. PowerTap technology provides instant access to maximum power with a simple press.

Versatile in use, it also provides ideal proximity lighting for camp tasks: meal preparation, gear sorting or reading. Its IP67 waterproof housing guarantees excellent weather resistance. The brightness memory function allows you to return directly to your last used setting without cycling through the default mode.
