The shovel designed by SOL (Survive Outdoors Longer) is a clever accessory that combines numerous functions. The most obvious is digging in the ground to drive in your tent pegs or in hard snow to melt it. But the SOL shovel can also be useful in many other situations.
Here's the list of tools it features:
- A 4 inch graduation (approximately 10cm or 4 inches)
- A wire or cord cutter
- A serrated blade
- Multiple hex key sizes
- A bottle opener
- A tent peg extractor
In addition to these tools, the handle is wrapped with cordage. This can be detached and used for lighting a fire or repairing equipment. Finally, the handle has a compartment where small equipment can be stored. The shovel is supplied with a fire starter and 4 Tinder Quick fire-starting tabs which are stored in the handle. In short, you'll have everything you need to set off with peace of mind during your outdoor activities, whether bushcraft or hiking.
The SOL Stoke multi-tool shovel features:
- A rust-proof shovel made of stainless steel
- Stored in a sheath that can be attached to a belt
- Lightweight (approximately 300g) and compact (less than 30cm)
