Description

The Sea to Summit Ether Light XR Pro inflatable sleeping mat represents the evolution of a model recognised for its comfort and reliability. Designed for demanding conditions, it is aimed at alpine adventurers, winter campers and those seeking maximum insulation without compromising on weight.

ThermalCore technology optimises insulation whilst reducing bulk. Multiple silent TRM layers reflect infrared energy back towards the sleeper to improve heat retention. With an R-value of 7.4 (tested to ASTM standard), this mat is perfectly suited to four-season use, including on frozen or snow-covered ground.

The Air Sprung Cell construction combined with a 10 cm (4 in) thickness delivers plush, stable comfort regardless of sleeping position. The welds benefit from twice the resistance of previous generations, enhancing long-term durability.

Inflation and deflation are quick and straightforward thanks to the XPRESS valve. The Airstream pump integrated into the stuff sack inflates the mat efficiently whilst limiting the moisture introduced inside.

More capable and more packable, the XR Pro is 25% lighter and packs down to half the size of previous versions, making it easier to carry on hikes, winter bivouacs or expeditions.
