The ´Seven OceanS Survival compact Ration is a 500g ration. This is a pre-cooked compressed mix of wheat, fat, and sugar.
These are vegetable-based ingredients exclusively. The whole kit is packed under vacuum in air- and water-tight alu foil.
Unit is protected by a water-repellent cardboard box.
Shelf life is 5 years from production date.
Directions for use : These are food rations consisting of 9 high-concentrated food servings. Only eat when you are hungry and DO NOT exceed six servings in a 24-hour period. Consume only one bar at a time, in small bites and by chewing your bites well.
One serving bar (56g) equals to 269 Kcal of energy intake.
Save drinking water: drink maximum a half liter every 24 hours.
Never drink sea water, even if mixed with drinking water.
