MX3 is a French brand specialising in hot mountain meals for athletes and adventurers. Its story began in 1996, when Christophe Landais and his wife Nathalie founded Titok Distribution, a company dedicated to dehydrated food. After several years of research, the MX3 Aventure range was launched in 2006.

The brand then developed freeze dried food made in France, designed to meet the needs of skippers, hikers, trekkers and outdoor enthusiasts. The aim was simple: to offer practical, lightweight and sufficiently energy-dense dishes to support prolonged effort in self-sufficient conditions.

MX3 meals are designed to be easy to carry and quick to prepare. The pouches in the MX3 Nutrition range are robust, practical and fitted with a zip closure. Water-level markings inside the pouch make it easy to measure the right amount for rehydration, directly in the bag.
