Description

The Katadyn BeFree AC 0.9 L filter bottle is a practical, high-performance solution for filtering water during outdoor activities. Designed for hiking, travel or bivouacking, it quickly turns non-potable water into drinking water directly in the field.

This system uses a two-stage filtration process. The 0.1-micron hollow fibre membrane effectively removes bacteria, protozoa and micro-organisms from the water. A replaceable activated carbon cartridge completes the filtration by reducing unpleasant odours and tastes, particularly those associated with chlorine.

The semi-rigid bottle is both robust and easy to carry. Its wide opening makes filling straightforward in a river, stream or at a fountain. With a high flow rate of up to 2 litres per minute, you can drink quickly after filling with no effort required.

It also features a sturdy flip cap that protects the mouthpiece and prevents leaks during transport. An integrated loop lets you clip it easily to a rucksack with a carabiner. With a 75 mm diameter, it is also compatible with most bicycle bottle cages.
