The vast majority of products on our website are in stock (exact stock levels are clearly displayed on each product page).
We have nearly 30,000 products on our shelves!
The available stock quantity is reliable and always displayed in real time. In the event of an out-of-stock situation or insufficient quantity, the indicated restocking times are based on our suppliers’ forecasts and are provided for information purposes to help you plan your purchases. These lead times will also be reminded when you view your cart and when you confirm your order.
Preparation of your parcel on the day of purchase
If all items in your order are in stock (we display exact stock levels on each product page) and if your order was placed before 1 PM, your parcel will normally be dispatched on the same working day of your purchase.
However, for purchases made during the weekend, dispatch takes place between Monday and Tuesday.
Please note that during busy periods, we cannot systematically guarantee same-day dispatch.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
United Kingdom
Your order will be prepared the same day if you order before 1 PM (Monday to Friday), dispatched the same day and delivered within 3 to 6 days. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be dispatched the following Monday or Tuesday.
No dispatches on Saturdays, Sundays and France's public holidays.
Delivery time depends on your choice of carrier:

We deliver our products worldwide*! Among our customers are people living in China, Japan, Singapore, South Africa, Canada, Abu Dhabi, the United States, Greenland...
For deliveries outside Europe, shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, country and desired delivery time.
Following your request, we will send you a complete quote including the shipping costs for your situation within 24 to 48 working hours. You can then validate or decline your quote.
*Some health or customs restrictions may nevertheless prevent deliveries of our products to certain destinations or require specific certifications.

Return period
At Freezedried & Co, we are committed to guaranteeing your satisfaction. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us. For any order placed before 20 December 2025, returns will be accepted until 15 January.
