CAO Outdoor has been the specialist in outdoor equipment and accessories for over 50 years.

Founded in 1946, Comptoir Ardennais d'Outillage initially manufactured specialised tools for armed forces and government agencies. CAO expanded throughout the 1960s, launching its first range of hiking equipment and accessories. Today, the company has rebranded as CAO Outdoor and also offers survival products and outdoor activity gear in general.

Each year, CAO Outdoor's catalogue diversifies by offering accessories and equipment for outdoor activities, hiking, camping, trekking, survival, bikepacking, bivouacking and bushcraft.
