Description

The Gossamer Gear PotPocket insulating cover is designed to keep your meals warm during your outdoor adventures. Lightweight and compact, it provides an effective solution for improving the thermal insulation of your hiking pots.

Made from PE foam covered with a heat-reflective polyester film, then wrapped in an ultralight Tyvek cover, the PotPocket delivers effective insulation while remaining easy to clean. If food spills or splatters inside, the interior wipes clean in seconds. This clever system keeps your meals warm for longer — whether after cooking or during the rehydration phase of your freeze dried meals.

Available in two sizes, it fits most cookpots used in hiking:

Medium size: for pots of 550 to 750 ml, diameter up to 9.5 cm
Large size: for pots of 750 to 1100 ml, diameter up to 11.5 cm

The tapered top allows the cover to be folded away easily after use. An integrated handle also makes it easy to handle, even with gloves on. And when you're not cooking, the PotPocket can double as a storage cover for your cooking system.
