How to prepare
- Pouch method :
- 1. Open pouch and remove oxygen eater sachet
- 2. Pour boiling water into pouch up to correct fill level (4)
- 3. Stir well, seal and let sit for 15 minutes
- Pan method :
- 1. Open pouch and remove oxygen eater sachet
- 2. Tip dry food into pan
- 3. Pour cold water into pouch up to correct fill level (4)
- 4. Pour into same pan, stir and bring to the boil
- 5. Turn off heat, cover and let sit for 10 minutes
