- 1. Tear open the heater using the notch A and insert unopened meal pouch
- 2. Add water until the line marked at the bottom of the bag
- 3. Fold bag over the meal pouch and lay it down on a flat surface (look around you, there are many options).
- 4. In a few seconds, steam will flow up. Everything is OK! Wait 12 minutes. Lie down, relax, enjoy the view, let time pass.
- 5. And ready! Tear open using the notch B and remove the meal.
- 6. Be careful! Whole content will be very hot. Put the meal inside the meal holder to avoid getting burned and... enjoy your meal!
