Description
Teriyaki beef with Chinese noodles is a sterilised dish that has a long shelf life which is ideal for your outdoor activities (sailing, hiking, trekking, etc.). These complete, well-balanced dishes will allow you to fill up on energy to accompany you during your efforts without having to compromise on taste.
Thanks to the self-heating unit included with this recipe, you just need to add 50 ml of water (not supplied) to activate the heating system. No more need to weigh yourself down with a stove or light a fire!

- 1. Tear off the flameless heater at the dotted line at the top of the bag. Place your dish in a bag without opening it in the heater.
- 2. Add water (not included with the heater) up to the mark on the heater (50 ml)
- 3. Fold up the heater and close with the self-adhesive label. Place the warmer with the reagent side down on a flat surface.
- 4. After 10-12 minutes, the meal is hot and ready to eat. - Be careful, as the contents are hot.
