This tin of the ´Fuel Your Preparation´ range contains 200 g of freeze-dried Green Beans. It´s just green Beans, nothing has been added, no preservatives, no additives. The contents can last up to 25 years from the date of manufacture.
This food staple is already sliced. This freeze-dried product is ideal when preparing your food stockpile, this way you can add variety to your diet of starches such as pasta and rice, and manage to eat some veggies, which are important in terms of nutrition for the body, even in a disaster event.
In this tin, you´ll find 20 servings of Green Beans, it´s just 10 g the serving to rehydrate with 85 ml of hot water.

- To prepare a single serve:
- 1. Mix tin contents
- 2. Remove 10g of dry mix from the tin into a solid container
- 3. Boil 85ml of water
- 4. Stir in the water to the food until mixed thoroughly
- 5. Cover and let the food stand for 8-9 minutes
- 6. Stir, season to taste and serve
- To prepare the entire tin:
- 1. Remove the 3 oxygen absorbers from the can
- 2. Cover the contents of the can with boiling water
- 3. Stir in the water to the food until mixed thoroughly
- 4. Replace the lid and let the food stand for 8-9 minutes
- 5. Stir, season to taste and serve
