Rougail Sausage is a sterilized meat in sauce that comes in a pouch, perfect to carry with you on your next cruise or campervan trips. This meat in sauce can be served with rice for example. This dish is cooked by caterer Le Bon Bag. In addition, the packaging allows for double boiler heating and easy storage, up to 3 years, pouches are much more convenient than cans.
