4ultra’s Potato and Carrot Purée is a snack to eat during or after exerting yourself at sport. Its smooth texture makes for easy digestion and avoids having to chew the product. For these reasons, it is highly popular with ultra
-trail and cycling enthusiasts. But it is also suitable for more moderate activities such as camping, hiking or even bikepacking.
Its savoury taste is a good alternative to the usually sweet energy bars and gels. The recipe consists mainly of potatoes, a source of vitamins B6, B9, selenium and potassium, as well as carrots, which are naturally rich in vitamins A, B9 and potassium. Salt, turmeric and Espelette pepper spice it all up.
As for the water bottle, it is compact and light, which allows easy transport in a pocket or in your backpack. Its resealable cap offers the possibility of consuming it bit by bit. Finally, it is a fully recyclable water bottle. By dropping off your empty bottles in organic shops that are members of the COLLECTBIO programme, they are recycled into garden furniture, etc.
