Fruit’n Perf with apricot is an ideal snack for sports! Whether you are a runner, hiker, navigator, cyclist or even ultra-trail runner, this case includes 4 fruit pastes in bars rich in organic acerola, a natural source of vitamin C. The latter is known to fight effectively against fatigue. Consuming an apricot Fruit’n Perf bar therefore helps delay fatigue and at the same time avoid any risk of hypoglycemia thanks to its high carbohydrate content.
In addition to its nutritional benefits, the fruit paste made by the Breton brand is organic and made from 50% fruit. Its soft and melting texture also has a beneficial effect on morale. Its fruity taste is a good alternative to gels and energy bars.
Finally, Overstim.s fruit jellies can also be consumed daily. Vitamin C helps in particular reduction of the risk of cardiovascular disease.
