Description
This oriental salad was cooked in Brittany by Peny, a company that is one of the ration manufacturers for the French Army. These preserves are now accessible to the general public for a wide range of needs: emergency meals, picnics, day hikes, lunch breaks, motorhome trips. As one of this meal's advantages is that it may be stored at room temperature for at least 48 months. It also takes up very little space, because the trays are almost flat and even allow for being stacked. This 300g portion is eaten cold and would be an ideal meal on hot days, or if you don't want to burden yourself with cooking.
This oriental salad from Peny:
- Contains one 300g portion, which is eaten cold
