Tested and approved by the French skipper Jérémie Beyou, this recipe is perfect for a sea trip, a hike, or even during a trek.
Supplied with a self-heating system, you no longer need to bother with a stove or another way of heating up your dishes: just add 50 ml of water to activate the heating system, and let the magic do the rest. You can then eat your meal directly from the bag.

- 1. Tear off the flameless heater at the dotted line at the top of the bag. Place your dish in a bag without opening it in the heater.
- 2. Add water (not included with the heater) up to the mark on the heater (50 ml)
- 3. Fold up the heater and close with the self-adhesive label. Place the warmer with the reagent side down on a flat surface.
- 4. After 10-12 minutes, the meal is hot and ready to eat. - Be careful, as the contents are hot.
