Produced by Xavier, a small Ecuadorian producer, these bananas are organically farmed, in the plain of Guayas, far from intensive banana plantations. The French brand Pépite works fairly with him, making sure to provide him with a fair return.
When bananas are too big, too small or scratched, they are unsaleable. Pépite has therefore decided to enhance them by offering these gourmet bites with a cocoa bean at their centre. This provides you with the ideal healthy snack for fighting hunger while hiking.
With more than 600 kcal per sachet, for a weight of 160 g (packaging included), the weight-calorie ratio is impressive. In addition, these bananas keep well at room temperature. Temperature variations are not a problem. The bag is resealable, so you can dig into it as soon as you feel a bit peckish.
