Description
The MSR cooking system allows you to cook in any weather. All accessories fit together to save space in your backpack. For 433g you get a complete and versatile kit. Here's what it includes:
- A radiant head burner
- 1 L saucepan
- 0.5 L bowl
- A lid that can also be used as a strainer
- A gas cartridge stabiliser
The gas cartridge is sold separately. However, it is possible to fit a 100g cartridge inside.
As for performance, the MSR WindBurner boils 1 litre of water in 4 minutes and 30 seconds. The radiant head burner coupled with the pressure regulator offer the possibility to cook despite wind or low temperatures. This makes it a very versatile system that will accompany you on all your adventures.
As for the other advantages of this stove, the 1 L pot/cup has a sealed cover with handle to prevent burning. You can also cook in a bain-marie or heat water for freeze-dried meals.
