It is not necessarily the first accessory that we think of when packing a backpack for a hike. And yet, it can prevent the hike from being cut short. The repair brace designed by MSR can temporarily repair your broken tent pole. It weighs only 13 g and is 13 cm long for the 13 mm reinforcement. Regarding the 16 mm tip, it measures 13 cm and weighs 18 g. Suffice to say that it will not clutter your backpack. So slip it in to ensure your adventure goes smoothly.
With a diameter of 13 mm or 16 mm, it is quick and easy to use. You just have to connect the 2 broken ends of your pole using this resistant aluminium reinforcement.
