The MRE contains a Western menu with 2 dishes in bags, snacks and drinks for a total of 2000 Kcal, enough to last a day during your outdoor activities or in case of emergency:
- 1 x Pasta Bolognese (sterilised dish), 350 g
- 1 x Beef stew with vegetables (sterilised dish), 350 g
- 1 x Savoury biscuit, 65 g

You also have heating material for heating without a fire, a heater that works with only a little water to make meals self-heating. You also have purification tablets to remove micro-organisms in order to purify the right amount of water for hydration:

Vous avez aussi du matériel pour chauffer sans feu.C'est un réchauffeur qui fonctionne seulement avec un peu d'eau de quoi rendre les repas auto-chauffants. Vous avez aussi des pastilles d'épuration permettant l'élimination des micro-organismes afin d'épurer la quantité d'eau indiquée pour vous hydrater :
