The Moroccan Couscous main meal is a dehydrated dish of 800 Kcal that rehydrates directly in a boiling water vessel. This meal, suitable for vegan diets, is made of semolina, dried fruits, dried vegetables and several seasonings.
This dish of 200 g before adding water is packed in a small bag that can fit into your backpack with ease. This is ideal when you want to optimize packing space for a long trip when planning for an expedition or a trek adventure.

Loved how this packed down to a small size, but packs in the calories for strenuous backpacking. This had tons of flavor, and felt homemade and fresh. It was actually very easy to make and the water measurements were very accurate. Great job on this meal!
